Change Your Details
From time to time, you will need to advise us of updated personal details. You need to let us know when you change or wish to change your:
- Address or other contact details
- Name
- Beneficiaries
- Investment Option
- Insurance Cover
Some changes can be advised through MemberAccess or over the phone (call our Helpdesk). If you wish to change your name, insurance cover or beneficiaries you will need to complete a Membership Form.
Please note that you may be required to provide further documentation.
Where you are applying for new or additional insurance cover, you will need to complete a Personal Health Statement.
