Thank you for your interest in joining Christian Super.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to join. Just complete the following steps, and don’t hesitate to call us if you need some help along the way.
1. Get our Member Guide and Pensions Guide (optional)
By law you must receive a copy of our Product Disclosure Statement(s) - the Member Guide, plus the Pensions Guide if you want to apply for a pension. Your options are:
- Download it from our website - Christian Super Member Guide (6.5 MB). The Member Guide is quite large (48 pages), so only download it if you have high speed internet access.
- Ask us to mail you the document(s) - Call our Helpdesk on 1300 360 907 or use our Online Form
2. Apply for Membership
Complete the Membership Form at the back of the Member Guide (or Pension Guide). This is also where you choose an investment option and any insurance cover you want to have.
3. Complete a Health Statement (optional)
This form is also in the Member Guide. Only complete it if you’ve decided to apply for insurance cover.
4. Transfer your other super to us (optional)
Let us combine your other super funds for you. There’s a Rollover Form in the Member Guide - complete a separate form for each fund you want to transfer (either photocopy the form or download extra copies).
5. Tell your employer to pay your super to us (optional)
Hand our Choice of Fund Letter (108kB) to your employer. It has all the details they’ll need to make your payment.
