Joining Checklist
Before sending in your application form, you should ensure that you have done the following:
- Read our Member Guide.
- Chosen an Investment Option that is appropriate to your circumstances.
- Selected a level of Insurance Cover that is appropriate for you, and completed the Personal Health Statement if required.
- Completed a Rollover Form for each existing Superannuation account you have in other funds if you want to transfer these accounts into Christian Super.
- Completed a Contribution Form if you wish to kick off your account in Christian Super.
- Notified your employer that you have chosen Christian Super (you may need to provide our Choice of Fund Letter and fill out a standard Choice Form, which your employer will provide on request).
