Q. How do I find my Lost Super?
A. Have you lost track of some of your superannuation from earlier periods of employment?
Compulsory superannuation has been in place since 1991, and some award based super since the mid-1980s. To ensure you have everything that you are entitled to, simply contact the Australian Taxation Office and check out the SuperSeeker Register. Call them now on 13 10 20 or visit http://www.ato.gov.au/individuals/content.asp?doc=/content/16442.htm.
If you do find some lost super money, make sure you fill in our Rollover Form and we’ll arrange to transfer it into your account, free of charge.
Q. How do I update my details?
A. From time to time you will need to advise us of updated personal details. Remember to let us know when you change or wish to change your:
- Address or other contact details
- Name
- Beneficiaries
- Investment Option
- Insurance Cover
Some changes can be advised through MemberAccess or by calling the Helpdesk. If you wish to change your name, insurance cover or beneficiaries, you will also need to complete a Membership Form.
Where you are applying for new or additional insurance cover, you will need to complete a Personal Health Statement.

Q. How do I increase my insurance cover?

Q. How do I make voluntary payments?
A. You can make them by cheque, Bpay or EFT. For Bpay and EFTdetails please contact the fund. Member Contribution Form (89KB)
Q. When does the Government pay the Co-Contribution?
A. Usually from December onwards, for the preceding financial year.
Q. When can I change my investment choice?
A. At anytime. Your request must be in writing Member Investment Switch Form (519KB) or by accessing your account on line Online Access. Your request must be made by close of business on a Wednesday to be effective the following Monday.
Q. Is there a fee for changing my investment choice?
A. No
Q. How often do the statements come out and when?
A. Once a year. Usually issued between the beginning of October to end of November.

A. Generally it is dependent on your date of birth
