Changes can be advised online through Member Access or by calling Member Care. However, if you wish to change your name, insurance cover or beneficiaries, you will also need to complete a Membership Changes.

What sort of returns do members receive?
We are a profit-for-member industry fund hence all profits are returned to members along with their investment returns.
Can I make voluntary payments?
A hard copy Member Contribution Form is available for cheque contribution payments.
When does the Government pay the Co-Contribution?
Usually from December onwards, for the preceding financial year.
Can I change my investment choice?
Yes, anytime. Your request must be in writing. Fill out the Member Investment Choice form or by accessing your account online. If your request is made by close of business on a Wednesday it will be effective the following Friday.
Is there a fee for changing my investment choice?
How often do the statements come out and when?
Once a year. Usually issued between the end of September and the end of November.
When can I claim my super?
Generally it is dependent on your date of birth.
Before 1 July 1960 – when you turn 55
1/7/60 to 30/6/61 – when you turn 56
1/7/61 to 30/6/62 – when you turn 57
1/7/62 to 30/6/63 – when you turn 58
1/7/63 to 30/6/64 – when you turn 59
After 30 June 1964 – when you turn 60
