Small Enterprise Foundation is a microfinance institution that lends exclusively to women in South Africa to fund their small businesses. They currently provide finance for over 180,000 borrowers.

MHHL is made up of two hospitals in Kenya. One is a private tertiary care facility, and the second is an outpatient facility. Services offered include Cardiac Sciences, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, Mother and Child, Dialysis, Paediatrics, and Emergency services. The two facilities are located in Nairobi, where a large population creates a growing need for these services.
