2020 Annual Members’ Meeting

Our first Annual Members’ Meeting will be held in January 2021. Please refer to the email or letter that we sent you in December, for meeting details and instructions how to submit questions prior to the meeting. If you need us to re-send these details to you, please contact us.

Here are some answers to questions that you may have about the meeting.

What will be covered during the meeting?

During the meeting we will share information about the Fund’s activities and performance over the past year, as well as an update on the year ahead. This will include the following agenda items:

  • CEO Update
  • Investment Update
  • Product Update
  • Q&A Session

Is there an option to attend the meeting in person?

This year, the meeting will be held online only and there will not be an opportunity to attend in person.

How do I join the online meeting?

The meeting will be streamed via Microsoft Teams.

If you are planning to watch the meeting on a computer you do not need to install Teams first, as there is an option to “watch on the web”. Teams works best on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. If you usually use another web browser, use this link to check if it’s supported by Teams.

If you are planning to watch the meeting on your mobile phone or tablet and you don’t already have Teams installed on your device, you will need to download the Teams app prior to the meeting. You can find further instructions on Microsoft’s website. Note that you do not need to create an account to watch the meeting as you can “join as a guest”.

Can family members watch the meeting with me if they are not Christian Super members?

While this meeting is for Christian Super members and not the general public, other members of your household are welcome to watch with you if they would like to learn more about us.

How do I submit questions?

We strongly encourage you submit questions in advance of the meeting. You will find instructions on how to do this in the email or letter that we sent to you in December.

If you think of additional questions during the meeting, you can submit them via the meeting chat function.

Will all questions be answered during the meeting?

We have allowed time at the end of the meeting for a Question & Answer session. If we have more questions than we can answer during this time, we will not be able to answer them all during the meeting. However, all questions will have answers posted on this webpage within 30 days of the meeting date.

If I cannot watch the meeting live, can I watch it later?

Yes, Christian Super members will be able to watch a recording of the meeting after it has taken place. Please refer to the email or letter that we sent you in December for instructions on how to access the meeting recording.

We will also post the minutes from the meeting on this webpage within 30 days of the meeting date.
