Christian Super Named as a Responsible Investment Leader in Super

Christian Super has once again been recognised as a responsible investment leader by the Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) in its Responsible Investment Super Study 2021 Report.

The report analysed the largest 48 APRA-regulated superannuation funds in Australia, along with five other asset owners, including Christian Super.

Christian Super was one of only 13 funds that were assessed as demonstrating leading responsible investment practice – based on RIAA’s framework – demonstrating commitment to good governance and accountability; implementing and measuring responsible investment approaches through activities such as engagement and voting and ESG (environmental, social and governance) integration; properly measuring outcomes; and having a high degree of transparency.

The last time this report was published in 2019, Christian Super was also recognised as a responsible investment leader, reflecting the fund’s ongoing commitment to invest money for the greater good, while delivering healthy long-term returns for its members.
