Consolidating Your Super Accounts

Bringing it All Together

Have you changed your job, name or address in the last 5 to 50 years? If so, there’s a good chance you have more than one super account!

By bringing all your super accounts together into one account (aka consolidating your accounts) you can save hundreds of dollars in account fees, which means more money in your retirement savings.

Combining your other super into your Christian Super account is quick and easy! Here are four simple ways to take action:

 

1. MemberAccess

Simply log in to MemberAccess and select “Consolidate Super”. Our auto-search feature will use your Tax File Number to identify any other superannuation accounts you hold or any Lost Super held for you by the ATO. Then with a few clicks, you can select which accounts you would like to consolidate, and we will transfer the full account balance/s into your Christian Super account.

If requesting a partial transfer and you know the other super fund’s name and your member number with them, you can manually input the details online.

 

2. MyGov

Using the ATO Service on the MyGov portal, you can identify all superannuation accounts and any lost super held for you by the ATO. Simply follow the prompts to consolidate the full account balance/s of any located accounts into Christian Super.

 

3. Call us

If you’d prefer to consolidate your accounts over the phone, call our Member Care Team on 1300 360 907. Our friendly team can also use your Tax File Number to identify any other superannuation accounts you may hold or any Lost Super held for you at the ATO.

 

Transfer-In Form

If you prefer putting pen to paper, you can print off a copy of our Transfer-In Form. You will need to have your Christian Super details handy, as well as the details of your other super fund. This form can be returned to:

Please note: The ATO SuperMatch service is currently unavailable for Christian Super members who joined the Fund on or after the 1st of March 2020. However, you can still submit a request to combine your super via your online MemberAccess account if you know the details of your other superannuation accounts. If you are unsure if you have any other superannuation accounts, you can still search and consolidate your super through the ATO’s online myGov portal.
