Digital Correspondence FAQs

During November 2021, we will start sending digital correspondence instead of posting letters to our members. This means important information will be delivered promptly and we will significantly reduce the amount of paper that we use each year.

We’ve created a list of frequently asked questions about our transition to digital correspondence to help you prepare for this change.


What do I need to do to get ready for digital correspondence?

If you haven’t registered for an online MemberAccess account, you will need to do so in order to access your future digital correspondence.

Please make sure that we have your up-to-date email and mobile number as we will send you an email or SMS to let you know each time you have new correspondence to view. You can update your details via your MemberAccess account, the Christian Super app, or by contacting our Member Care Team.


Where will I find my digital correspondence?

You will be able to view any digital correspondence from us in your online MemberAccess account.
Follow the steps below:

  1. Log into MemberAccess.
  2. Hover over “Messages” and then click on “Correspondence”.
  3. To view your correspondence, click on “Download”.

What if I do not have an online MemberAccess account?

Click here to register for an online MemberAccess account. If you would prefer to receive posted correspondence, please refer to ‘Can I still receive posted correspondence?’ below.


How will I know when I have new correspondence from Christian Super?

When you have new digital correspondence from us, we will send you a short email to let you know. If we do not have your email address, you will be notified via SMS. If we do not have your mobile number, we will post a printed letter to you.


Can I still receive posted correspondence?

If you would prefer to receive letters in the mail, that’s completely fine! From the 10th of November 2021, you can opt out of digital correspondence if you log in to your online MemberAccess account and select MEMBER then PERSONAL DETAILS then update Communication Preferences. For further steps, see below:

    1. Log into MemberAccess
    2. Hover your mouse over the “Member” tab and then click on “Personal Details”.
    3. Scroll down to “Communication Preferences” and click ”Update”.
    4. Select your communication preferences and click “Update”.
    5. Once updated, click on “Confirm” to submit your changes.

    Will all of my correspondence from Christian Super move to digital correspondence?

    In some instances, we will continue to send printed letters. For example, new member welcome packs, correspondence about family law matters, and exit statements.

    If you have elected to receive a printed copy of your annual member statement, we will continue to post it to you each year.

    Finally, there are some regulations that may require us to send you posted correspondence from time to time.
