Easter is that special time of the year when we remember the all that Jesus Christ won for us through His death and resurrection. That moment in history is what we as believers put our faith and trust in, and during these challenging times of COVID-19 this is a source of renewed hope for many.
Our team are working hard to continue to do our most important work, which is to serve our members and prayerfully steward your super as we navigate these unprecedented times together. As we do this, we are also praying for you and your families during the Easter holidays.
We know that for many, this is a difficult time as you face health concerns, isolation challenges and financial strain. If this is a time of increased stress and anxiety for you, we encourage you to reach out to your church, your community or even professional mental health services for the support you need.
We hope and pray that you take a moment this Easter to reflect on what we have as brothers and sisters in Christ. To help you find some encouragement, our team has compiled some of our favourite resources below.
Easter looks a little different this year, but we can still spread a little extra kindness and hope by connecting (remotely of course) with neighbours, friends and family. Make a few calls, FaceTime, Zoom or Google Hangouts and share some love in any way you can.
