1. How do I register for online access?

If you are a member of Christian Super and are not currently registered for MemberAccess our online portal where you will be able to view your account and update your details, then click here to register.

Please note you will require your member number which is found on your member statement or application. If you are not currently a member of the fund, click here to join online.

2. How do I access my online account?

If you are a member of Christian Super, and you have registered for MemberAccess, then you can access your online account by following this link, entering your member number and password and then selecting login. This will take you to the member dashboard, where you can view your account balance and make changes to your account online.

If you do not have your member number or password, then you will need to select the following:

*This feature is not available unless you have already set up your security questions through MemberAccess. If you receive an error when attempting to reset your password, please contact our Member Contact Centre on 1300 360 907.

3. How do I update my personal details online?

  1. Login via MemberAccess, this will take you to your member dashboard. Hover your mouse over the Member tab and select Personal Details. This will take you to the Personal Details page, where you can see current personal details online. Select the Update button to make update your personal details. Once you have updated your personal details, select Update, then Confirm.
  2. Login via Christian Super App, then select Personal Details and you will be taken to the Personal Details page, where you can see current personal details held online. Select the Update button to make changes to your personal details. Once you have updated your personal details, select Update, then Confirm.

4. How do I change my email address online?

  1. Login via MemberAccess, this will take you to your member dashboard. Select Settings and then select Manage Email. This will take you to the Change Your Email page, where you can update your email address. Enter your new email address and your password, then select Change, then select Confirm.  You will then be redirected to an Email Change Request Complete page, where you will be promoted to validate the change of email by selecting the confirmation link emailed to your new email address. Once confirmation link has been selected your email address will be updated.
  2. Login via Christian Super App, then select Personal Details and you will be taken to the Personal Details page, where you can see current personal details held online. Select the Update button to make any changes to your personal details. Once you have updated your personal details, select Update, then Confirm.

5. How do I update my beneficiary details online?

  1. Login via MemberAccess, this will take you to your member dashboard. Hover your mouse over the Member tab and select Beneficiaries. This will take you to the Beneficiaries page, where you can see current beneficiary details held online. If you have not nominated a beneficiary, then you select Add beneficiary and follow the prompts to add a new beneficiary. If you already have a nominated beneficiary, then you can select the following actions: View, Edit, Remove or add an additional beneficiary by selecting Add beneficiary.
  2. Login via Christian Super App, then select Beneficiaries. This will take you to the Beneficiaries page, where you can see current beneficiary details held online. If you have not nominated a beneficiary, then you select Add beneficiary and follow the prompts to add a new beneficiary. If you already have a nominated beneficiary, then you can select the following actions: View, Edit, Remove or add an additional beneficiary by selecting Add beneficiary.

Note: If you remove your current beneficiary, then you are required to enter a new beneficiary.

6. How do I consolidate my super online?

  1. Login via MemberAccess, this will take you to your member dashboard. Select Consolidate Super tab, this will take you to the Consolidate Super page where you can enter the fund details you want to consolidate online. To search for your fund, enter at least the first 3 characters of your fund name and then follow the prompts to consolidate your super.
  2. Login via Christian Super App, then select Consolidate Super. This will take you to the Consolidate Super page where you can enter the fund details you want to consolidate online. To search for your fund, enter at least the first 3 characters of your fund name and then follow the prompts to consolidate your super.

Note: Please make sure you have your fund details ready before consolidating your super.
